MAC Supreme Sheen Lipstick

A new MAC Lipstick! Always a cause for celebration for me, I have been collecting shades of MAC Lipstick over the past few years. Over the fall and winter, I was on the berry and red lipstick trends and now this spring I have been into using all different shades of pinks. I go back and forth between being obsessed with lipstick and being obsessed with eye makeup. At the moment, I am on a lipstick phase so this collection is of great interest to me. The Supreme Sheen Lipstick seems to contains shades that have more of a cream or sheen finish instead of sheers or mattes so I want to see how pigmented these are and how they will work into my lipstick collection.

"There's nothing quite as worldy cinematic as a Lipstick. Imagine no muddy undertones, gliding in pearl or cream finish, moisturizing with no sticky/tacky feel. It's a new medium, with MAC in the lead. Supreme Sheen is retro/modern and devastatingly chic."

Supreme Sheen Lipstick - Combining the colour impact of Lipstick with the shine sheen of a Lipglass, Supreme Sheen creates the perfect hybrid - with no compromise. Lightweight, non-sticky, slick to apply, and comfortable to wear. This is must-have for all those who have craved this kind of fusion.
- Supremely Confident - pale nude
- Bare Again - pinky neutral beige
- Can't Get Enough - beige neutral
- Behave Yourself - light blue pink
- Gotta Dash! - pale clean coral
- Full Speed - bright clean yellow pink
- Insanely It - watermelon pink
- Ultra Darling - mid-tone yellow pink
- New Temptation - vivid blue red
- Quite The Thing! - deep blue plum
- Can't Resist - golden purplish red
- Look At Her! - metallic copper
- Impressive - neutral gilded plum
- Good To Be Bad - deep burgundy

I can just envision my lipstick collection growing even more very soon. I think that my favorite shade from the colelction is Bare Again, which looks as those it will be a very easy to wear neutral and will work with anytime of look that I could come up with. I am also very interested in New Temptation and I want to see how different it is from MAC Red, because I may not need both of them. I want to try Ultra Darling to add my pink lipsticks for this spring season. Lastly, I want to pick up the burgundy Good To Be Bad shade to put away for next fall/winter season.

Looks like MAC has yet another lipstick hit on their hands. However, the formula sounds very close to that of Clinique Butter Shines, which i already love. So MAC might not be the leader in the gloss-lipstick hybrid but I am glad that they have jumped on the bandwagon with this type of formula.
