Shu Uemura Spring 2009 Collection

It is the dead of winter and I am pale, gray, and constantly freezing. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel since the Spring 2009 Collections are coming out in droves. I started the new buying season by viewing the newest collection from Shu Uemura. This collection is called Spring Mode and here is the official description, “In this 2009 Spring Mode Makeup Collection, shu uemura creates and unforgettable make-up image. This Mirage Collection utilizes the technique of light and shadow. This soft range brings out pure and natural beauty in every woman. Come discover Mirage’s whimsical colors and dreamy creations.” This collection gets me so excited for warm weather and new dresses.

There are a two major products that I really want from this collection. The first is the Spring Mode Makeup Palette in Fantasia. I love these colors and I really want to see how this palette can create light and shadow. As long as I can use this product correctly, this might be the cornerstone of my new look for spring. The other product that I am dying for is the Lip Duo Tint and Gloss in Pale Pink. This looks like it would match every shade of makeup that I already own and would be a fantastic color for my pale skin in the beginning of the spring and would still work with self-tanned skin as the summer draws closer.
