Lancome Holiday 2009 Collection - L'Absolu Rouge Soiree

Get ready everyone, this new collection from Lancome is huge. With both the introduction of new products and sets, this company also has released a full collection of loose products for the Holidays. I saw this display in Macy*s and it is housed on a huge red display. Very festive! "For Holiday 2009, the look is sultry and seducative with rich reds, feminine plums, and exquisite browns. Lancome created the hottest color palette to bring out your wild, sexy side. All for sensual eyes, lips, cheeks, and nails with touches of shimmering light, day into night".

That was quite a collection! What do I want from this collection? From the eye makeup products that they offered for this Holiday, I want the Color Design Cream Shadow in both Pink Lace and Haute Smoke. I also really like the palettes that were offered for this collection, I would like to get both Nude Seducation and Evening Splendor. From the new lip products and shades, I am most excited about La Laque Fever in Captivating and Seductively. I also love the L'Absolu Rouge in Luxe, Crushed Rose, and Coquette. In my opinion, I think lip shades are the stunners of this collection. It's nice collection overall, I just really don't feel that Lancome needs to clutter up the collection with all the brushes and different foundation because you should be purchasing the face products and brushes that are recommended to you, not the newest items released. Just my two cents...
