Bath and Body Works St. Patty's Day Antibacterial Collection

St. Patty's Day is my favorite holiday of the entire year and I love when beauty companies treat it just as they treat Valentine's Day and Halloween.  For the longest time, I could never get products that are green hued and made just to celebrate this day.  However Bath and Body Works has changed this all around this year, last year they offered a few hand santiziers for this holiday but this year there are multiple scents in sanitizers and a matching hand soap to decorate my bathroom sink.  My dream is St. Patty's Day inspired body products and so far that hasn't come out yet but I can dream...

Happy early St. Patty's Day!

Green Apple Pocketbac Hand Sanitizer - Spread a little luck, not germs with our Who's Your Paddy? Pocketbac!  This pocket-sized bottle contains natural ingredients and powerful germ killers that help keep hands clean, fresh, and lightly fragranced with a charming blend of crisp apples, sparkling lemon, and vanilla bean.  Tahitian Palm Milk leaves hands feeling conditioned.  Kills germs without water.

Berry Lemonade Pocketbac Hand Sanitizer - Spread a little luck, not germs with our Kiss Me I'm Irish! Pocketbac.  This pocket-sized bottle contains natural ingredients and powerfel germ killers that help keep hands clean, fresh, and lightly fragranced with the scent of puckering fresh raspberries, nectarines, lemon, and pineapple.  Tahitian Palm Milk leaves hands feeling conditioned.  Kills germs without water.

Green Apple Gentle Foaming Hand Soap - Spread luck, not germs with our Kiss Me I'm IrishGentle Foaming Soap!  Soft bursts of this lightweight foam gently wash away dirt and germs, leaving skin soft and lightly scented with a charming blend of crisp green apples, sparkling lemon, and vanilla bean.  An exclusive blend of moisturizing honey, coconut milk, and olive fruit extracts helps to nourish and soften skin.  Mango fruit extract gently cleans and conditions hands.

I have purchased several of each Pocketbac already, I will use these all the way through the spring so that I can celebrate my favorite holiday the way that many people celebrate the Christmas season.  I prefer the green apple scent to the berry lemonade but I don't mind the berry lemonade.  I don't really see where berry lemonade comes into play with this holiday, I would have thought that a green grass type of fragrance would have been better but I'm not really complaining.  The last piece that I have to buy is the hand soap, I don't know that I will buy more than two of these since I use them pretty slowly and I would have them in my bathroom all the way until May if I buy too many.

I love finding new ways to celebrate my favorite holiday and I can't wait to get all these new products out on the first day of March!

Bath and Body Works Royal Wedding Collection

You can't turn on the news or read a magazine without hearing something about the upcoming royal wedding. So it was only a matter of before companies began to jump on the bandwagon and produce products that celebrate the event. Bath and Body works is once such company and for this spring, they have introduced a limited edition line of lip glosses and Pocket Bacs. Each of the products are decorated with the British flag and jewels that remind me of those that are housed in the royal collection. I love England and their culture so these realy appeal to me. Personally, I prefer HArry over William but I wouldn't turn any of the royal men down. I recommend that you guys head over to Bath and Body Works and pick theseup while they are in stock since they are out this spring only.

First the three new Pocket Bacs. All the fragrances in this product contain Tahitian Palm milk to leave your hands feeling conditioned while the other ingredients are killing the surface germs. The first of the new collection is called Princess in Training and is a candy apple scent. The scent reminds me of Winter Candy Apple from holiday and is a mixture of crisp apple, candied orange, and rich cinnamon spice. This is my favorite of the three new scents, since I love Winter Candy Apple and now have a reason to carry a bottle of it around that isn't covered in snowflakes and reindeer. If the Tiara Fits is the second of the new collection and it is the Berry scent. The scent is a juicy mixed berry scent and reminds me more of blueberries than any other. The last of the new fragrances is Royal Pucker and is one that I love for the name alone. The scent is grape, which I hate so that doesn't attract me to the product. This one is a just a regular fruity scent. The one that I want the most in this group is the Princess in Training scent and I will pick a bunch of those up quite soon.

The second part of the collection is four new lip glosses from the Liplicious collection. All of the Liplicious lip glosses contain Vitamin E and Jojoba Oil to help hydrate and smooth lips with providing a high gloss finish and fantastic flavor. The first of the new glosses is named If the Tiara Fits and is a shimmery, sparkly sheer gold shade that has a pineapple flavor. This one is my favorite flavor of the new collection and I think that the gold sheen from this product will look great this summer against bronzed skin. The second shade is named Royal Pucker and is my favorite shade of the collection. This gloss is a shimmery, sheer dusty rose with a spiced berry flavor. I love this shade, it will work with a natural look or against dramatic eye makeup. This one will be coming home with me. The next shade in the collection is named Kissed by a Prince and is another good choice for my skintone. This shade is a shimmery, sheer pink with a melon flavor. All of the comments that I made for Royal Pucker will apply to this one too so this one is another must-buy for me. The last of the new lip glosses is named Princess in Training and is my least favorite of the group. This one is a shimmery, translucent peachy-pink color with a creamy orange flavor. In the tube, this one appears more peach than pink so I think this one will be to warm for me and I don't really like orange scents for my lip glosses.

This collection contains some really fun items to pick up this spring to celebrate the big event. Everything is limited edition but I can see myself using the lip glosses all summer and into next fall against different eye makeup looks. Time for me to add some more English flair to my train case this spring...

Bath and Body Works St. Patrick's Day Products

Bath and Body works has jumped on the holiday themed products in a big in the past few months. It started with special limted edition Pocket Bac Sanitizers and now has extended to lip glosses. Valentine's Day contained a bunch of hits with both the Santiziers and the lip glosses. I still love to use my rock candy scented "I Love Bling" sanitizer even though I thought that I would hated anything Valentine's Day themed.

But now that March is here, it is time for me to begin thinking about my favorite holiday of the year, St. Patrick's Day. For this holiday, Bath and Body Works has again released limited edition Pocketbacs and a new lip gloss shade.

The lip gloss is a shade called Kiss Me I'm Irish. It is clear lip gloss that has a sparkle finish and a has a wonderful peppermint flavor. It reminds me of the Twisted Peppermint Lip Gloss that was out last holiday season. Since I love both Twisted Peppermint and St. Patrick's Day, I consider this the ideal mix. I already purchased two of them this season and am deciding if I would need anymore as back-ups.

The Pocket Bac Sanitizer allows me to proclaim my love of the holiday right on the handle of my work and school bag. This sanitizer comes with three sayings on them, "Who's Your Paddy?", "Kiss Me I'm Irish", and "Feeling Lucky?" however all of them are the same green apple scent. The Pocket Bacs contain Tahitian Palm Milk to help protect hands and keeps them soft while killing germs. I have bought a bunch of these already in the "Kiss Me I'm Irish" and "Feeling Lucky?" sayings. I could use these all year round. I think these are my favorite sanitizers that have been released so far.

We only have about two weeks until my favorite holiday of the year. Time to start buying some green and make your plans for the day!

Bath and Body Works Valentine's Day Pocketbac Collection

No matter how many cute little Valentine's Day products that come out each year, I still hate this holiday. I am trying to focus on the positive this year and look at how many beauty products I can buy myself instead of my lack of boyfriend. So I guess is it time to look at what products I can treat myself to this year. The first of the Valentine's Day products that has been brought to my attention is the Bath and Body Works Valentine's Day Pocketbac Collection. This consists of five new fragrances in the super-portable Pocketbac collection.

My favorite of the collection is the "I Love Shoes" fragrance which has a very cute shoe graphic on the front of the product, is pink, and is the fragrance Stylish Strawberry. This one is very sweet and reminds me of strawberry shortcake. My second favorite of the collection is the "I Love Bling" fragrance. This one is a clear color and has a rock candy fragrance which smells sweet more than anything else. The last one of the group that I like is the "I Love Cake" product with the cupcake graphic on the front of the bottle. This one smells like vanilla cake and reminds me of the Cupcake Pocketbac collection that I loved at Christmas.

The last two didn't really tickle my fancy. The "I Love You" Pocketbac has the Sweet Pea that I haven't been a fan of the since the beginning of my undergraduate years. This one is covered in lip prints and the gel inside is a red color. The last one from this collection is "I Love Boys" which has a graphic of a boy on that looks exactly like Justin Bieber, killing the whole product for me. The fragrance is Berry Crush which I didn't mind but I just can't seriously carry that Pocketbac.

I may not be a Valentine's Day girl but I can definitely love shoes, diamonds, and cake. I have also been told that a St. Patrick's Day collection is upcoming and we all know how excited I will be about that one!

Bath and Body Works Reindeer Pocketbac Collection

The second new collection of Pocketbacs is based on the personalities of Santa's reindeer. This collection is 100% Christmas and would also make great little gifts for pretty much everyone on your list, especially the little children on your list. Overall, I prefer the Cupcake collection but the Rudy's Cocoa Mint from this collection is quite yummy and is worth a sniff if you love the Cupcake collection.

My favorite scent is the Rudy's Cocoa Mint. This scent is mint chocolate and is the same as the Mint Chocolate candles that Bath and Body Works brought out this season. York Peppermint Patties are a favorite candy of mine so it is natural that I would love this fragrance and the candle too. Dasher's Apple Mint is a fruity mint and smells more of the mint than the apple. Vixen's Sweet Mint is my favorite container, it has a cute little female deer winking on the cover. This one reminds me more of mint tea, a prefered summer drink of mine. Comet's Ginger Mint is more of an herbal mint, I think this one of the best for men on your list. Santa's Crew Mallow Mint smells like toothpaste and is my least favorite of the bunch. I was hoping for a sweet candy mint but all I got was very strong mint.

I bought multiples of the Cocoa Mint and one of the Sweet Mint (more because of the cute little container than the actual scent). In addition to the special fragrances for the season, Bath and Body Works has also brought out special holders. I had to cave on a shimmery deep green holder for the season, so I am now decked out with my red snake tote and green holder. This is about as holiday as I get...

Bath and Body Works Cupcake Pocketbac Collection

Trust Bath and Body Works to make even hand santizing girly and sweet! Two new collection of little Pocketbacs have been released for the holidays, one based on cupcakes the other based on Santa's reindeer. First we are looking at my favorite of the two collections, the cupcake scents. Bath and Body Works has released five new scents in this collection and all of them are wonderfully sweet. In fact, we I used them, I crave cupcakes all day long. Even more than I normally do...

All of the Pocketbacs contains Tahitian Palm Oil to help prevent overdrying of the hands with continued use. The formula also contains the anti-bacterial ingredients that are effective enough to 99.9% of the germs on the surface of the hands. I have hit the point where I always keep on in my purse to clean my hands anytime.

My favorite scent is the Lemon Glaze, which reminds me very much of the Hello Sugar scent that was out in body products several years ago. We all know that I am sucker for sweet lemon products so of course this one would be a front runner for me. My second favorite is the Blue Chiffon, which is a bright blue color in the bottle and smells like buttercream frosting on the hands. The Strawberry one is light pink and smells exactly like strawberries and cream. This one reminds me of the old American Girl Strawberries and Cream scent that I used to love several years ago. Coconut Cream smells like a light, sweet coconut and reminds me more of coconut candy than true coconut. The last scent is Red Velvet and this one smells exactly like a red velvet cake and is the strongest of the group.

These special cupcake Pocketbacs will only be around for the holiday season. This edition of the product leaves hands with a slight shimmer so if you are a shimmer hater then beware, the Reindeer collection might be better for you. My favorite is the Lemon Glaze and I love the Blue Chiffon and the Strawberry, I have already gotten multiples of them to have as back ups. I found that the Red Velvet is the strongest scent and I skipped it because it might interfere with other fragrances that I am wearing at the same time. The Coconut scent is more generic sweet and I liked it but not near as much as the ones that I bought.
