MAC Magic, Mirth, and Mischief - Color Collection

I already spent several days covering all the new gift items that MAC has brought out with the first part of their Holiday items. Along with this collection, MAC has released a Holiday color collection of individual products that are the perfect shades to celebrate in this season. Any of these items can be given as gifts to special friends or a treat for yourself to keep. I am personally excited that MAC has released a color line to begin this Holiday season too. However, this might be dangerous for my credit card because now everytime that I got to MAC to purchase a gift for someone else, I will end up picking up at least one or two items for myself.

Here is the description of this color collection from the MAC website, "Magic, Mirth, and Mischief if what MAC Holiday '09 is made of! All the sparkle, shine, and seduction you need to dazzle and delight, with holiday colour to bring out the mischievous mix in each and every one of you. Have a ball!"

Here we go...

Mineralize Eye Shadow Duo - A Mineralize Eye Shadow consistiong of two contrasting colours - the metallic shade cast into the shape of a crescent moon. Features all the sorcery youenjoy from a Mineralize formula: sheerness, dimension, comfort, and a luxurious, high-shine pearl finish. Limited Edition.
- It's A Miracle - base: deep blue burgundy/crescent: gold
- Mayhem - base: dirty brown gold/crescent: silver
- Blue Sorcery - base: bright turquoise/crescent: silver
- Under Your Spell - base: light yellow, peach pink/crescent: rich copper
- Devil-May-Care - base: rich light violet/crescent: silver
- Midnight Madness - base: dirty grey brown/crescent: gold

Softsparkle Eye Pencil - A creamy pencil-style liner infused with micro-fine glitter. Soft and easy to apply. Defines and adds sparkle to the top and bottom eye line. Not recommended for use on the inner eye rim. Limited Edition.
- Nightsky - true black with silver pearl
- Iris Accents - pale violet with silver pearl

Pro Lash - Lengthening, thickening, non-flaking, non-smudging...totally hard-wearing. Sassy and lush. Works on the catwalk, soups up the sidewalk. Tested and approved by artists. Industrially packaged; commodity-priced. Gives you attititude. A real hardworking mascara that is lush and luxe in its finish. Good to layer. Apply one coat of Pro Lash for enhanced, defined lashes. For more drama, build up the layers. To layer - apply, allow to dry, then apply again. Pro Lash works the hardest when applied right from the roots of the lashes to the tips. For volume, apply Pro Lash to the top side of the lashes first, and then to the under side. For a perfect groomed finish, comb the lashes through with the No. 204 Lash Brush.
- Coal Black - honest-to-goodness black

Lipstick - Colour plus texture for the lips. Stands out on the runway. Simmers on the street! What made MAC famous.
- Pervette - soft bright pink with violet opalescent shimmer (Glaze)
- Utter Fun - fuchsia cherry pink (Lustre)
- Surprise Me - mid-tone peach (Lustre)
- Total Wow! - blue pink berry (Glaze)
Cremesheen Glass - A lip finish that fuses the creamy, sheen-filled nature of a Cremesheen Lipstick with a MAC Lipglass. Soft, comfortable, non-sticky. Applies with a doe-foot applicator. Use as a top layer to its namesake Lipstick or on its own.
- Ever So Rich - sheer lilac
- Boy Bait - light neutral beige with pearl
- Partial Pink - light creamy yellow pink with light gold pearl

Dazzleglass - Lipcolour that dazzles with light and shine to bring an exciting dimensional pop to your lips. Large particle pearls reflect and refract light to mimic the brillance of quartz and opal crystal. Provides exceptional shine with a crystalline iridescence. Non-sticky, non-tacky, lightweight, and moisturizing. Wear alone, or layer over Lipstick or Lipglass for a dramatic effect. Features our signature MAC vanilla aroma.
- She-Zam - sheer silver with silver and red pearl
- Phiff! - sheer yellow peach
- Jingle Jangle - yellow pink with sapphire pearl
Mineralize Blush - Baked minerals refined into a powder formula to provide exceptionally sheer and lightweight application. Colour builds lightly, layer after layer, without heavy coverage. Veils and enhances the cheekbones with a luminous, pearlized shimmer.
- Superdupernatural - mid-tone coral (Frost)
- Conjure Up - dirty, mid-tone plum (Frost)

Nail Lacquer - Revolutionary new high-gloss finish. Three long-wearing finishes - Cream, Sheer, and Frosted. Visibly different. Provides no-streak, no-chip finish. Contains conditioners and UV protection. Go hi-lacquer!
- $$$$$ Yes - metallic silver foil (Frost)
- Lucky Number - metallic blue pink (Frost)

So what will be my gifts to me at the MAC counter this Holiday? I think that a new Mineralize Eye Duo or two will be in order to make my season bright. I want Under Your Spell and Devil-May-Care very much. Also, I want the Pervette Lipstick since it appears as though it will be a lighter shade of pink than I am getting from the description. I have never used the Cremesheen Glass and am quite interested in the Lipstick/Lipglass hybrid. From this collection, I will be picking up Ever So Rich and Partial Pink. I am dying to see if this product gives me a new obsession in lip products. And to add my love of Dazzleglasses and my ever-growing collection of them, I want to pick up Jingle Jangle (depending how different it is from Baby Sparks). And to finish out the collection, I want both shades of the Nail Lacquer. Looks like that gift to me will need a good amount of wrapping paper.
