MAC Monogram

Time for the second new MAC collection since the beginning of this month. This collection is called Monogram. This line seems to be higher quality product and packaging than the average MAC products and other collections. Makes me wonder if they are trying to go more in the direction of Chanel and Dior with their products.

Hmmmm…I’m not quite sure how I feel on this collection. The packaging is beautiful but packaging doesn’t make the product (Ahem…Christian Dior ::coughs:: ) I decided to go through some of the reviews in Makeupalley’s product reviews section. The reviews are rather mixed with the exception of the Sheerspark eye and cheek powder, the negative reviews definitely are the majority here. Overall, several users have stated that it is too glittery and contains little to no pigment. Also, they state that the product itself is too dry and the best part of the product is the packaging. Think I will be passing on this product and maybe on the whole collection.
