MAC & Marcel Wanders

The newest MAC collection was made with Dutch designer Marcel Wanders. This design house is known for its industrial style of design and the packaging in this collection reflects this influence. On first glance, this appears to be a collection that is based on bold eyes and big eye lashes. "Design sophisticates will be bonkers for our extra-beautiful partnership with Marcel Wanders, the Dutch industrial designer known for his classicism-meets-futurism objects created with 'a sense of love in this product'." Time to look for more lipstick and mascara loves...

Dear MAC, I would have liked a description of the fragrance. I love the bottle on this fragrance but since I have no idea what it smells like, I can't decide if I would like to buy it or not. The mascara sounds amazing and I would love to purchase this and I hope that MAC will make this part of their regular collection. Since I was looking for lip products in this collection, I made a list of ones that I want to try out. From the Lipstick, I am really in love with the Gesina and the Martha. Lip gloss wise, I love Mary shade but I have to see if it is too warm for my skintone.

I love the compact that houses the Sheer Mystery Powder and that it can be refilled but I have never tried this produst out so I will do that before I decide to order it or not. I am hoping that I don't just buy all these items for the amazing packaging and that the "designer" collection has a very high quality formula... If I am just going for the packaging, I might just buy the clutch from the collection.
