Bathed and Infused Fall Body Products and Fragrances

Labor Day has officially come and gone and bags of Halloween candy are beginning to appear on store shelves.  This is the time of the year when I stop thinking about fall in makeup terms only and decide to start putting my summer body products away and buy some new ones that are 100% fall inspired.  Apples, caramel, candy corn...I love them all.  Body product companies are now following makeup companies and we are beginning to see these traditional fall fragrances available on websites and in stores.  I'm not into really spicy scents so I can't use all types of fall scents but that only makes me love the ones that I can use even more!

We are going to start looking at fall body scents with Bathed and Infused.  Their limited editions just came out at the end of the other week so everything is brand new and ready for me to try.  With a few more days of warm weather in the forecast, this is the perfect time to order some products online, by the time that they get to me, it will be cool enough outside to break them out!

Here are the limited edition fall fragrances from Bathed and Infused...

Autumn Magic - Autumn comes to life in this magical fragrance.  Autumn Magic starts with top notes of lemon and apple; followed by middle notes of anise, cinnamon, and ginger; sitting on a weel-rounded base of woods, musk, and vanilla.

Baby Be Mine - All the sweetness that is a baby.  Cuddly soft scent of baby powder, touches of gentle lavender, chamomile, vanilla milk, and Ivory soap.

Black Gold - Gold that burns with a dark fire.  An intriguing blend of Black Cashmere and 24 Karat.

The Black Spot - Even the most fearsome of pirates live in fear of the day that they might receive the black spot - a mark that warns them of their impending doom.  This ominous scent embodies that sense of dread quite perfectly: Dark tendrils of amber and vetiver chase after whiffs of cedar, before settling in the wet, mossy grave of Davy Jone's locker.

Black Violet Vaniglia - Purple violets take on an ethereal quality when infused with the sexy amber of Vaniglia del Madagascar.

Broiler Room - Imagine the mouth-watering aroma of a luxuriously cinnamon-sugared pink grapefruit, deeply caramelized after a few minutes under the broiler.  A little extra kick of toffee sweetness balances the tart.  Really - give this gourmand breakfast of champions a try!

Can't Elope - Don't get nervous, let our combination of melon, pear, apple, and mint refresh you.

Caramel Apple Cider - This is not your ordinary apple cider.  This tart cider blend is swirled with creamy, ooey, gooey caramel to make it sweet and totally irresistable.  Two Fall treats in one - bottoms up!

Coconut Ginger Cream - This decadent dessert merges the ending of summer with the rich scents of fall.  Rich vanilla ice cream swirled with pieces of crystallized ginger candy with a shaving of coconut to top it off.

Coffin Moss - The delicate balance of green notes with a hint of earthy sweetness makes this potion delightfully fresh and aromatic.  For the inspired ghost, zombie, or ghoul.

Cranberry Gone South - Headed south at the first signs of fall in an attempt to beat the crowds, Cranberry met Mandarin!  The result nine months later?  A delightful marriage of sweet, sunny oranges and crisp, tangy tangerines.  What a bundle of joy!

Country Bumpkin - A wonderful complex blend of apples, candied yams, marshmellows, sweet cream butter, brown sugar, crushed nutmeg, crushed cinnamon bark, and fresh cloves.  Bring the country home to you.

Dawn's Dessert - A treat fit for Eos, the goddess of dawn: fluffy marshmellows sandwiched between sugar cookies, dipped in creamy white chocolate, and sprinkled with cherry-infused sugary dewdrops.

Diwali (Hindu - Festival of Lights) - In November, Hindus celebrate Diwali and the scent of Payasams cooking as a sweet treat wafts through the streets.  First the scent of sweet milk and almonds catches your attention and then you pick up hints of saffron and cardamom used to flavor this pudding.  A final note of rosewater tickles your nose.

Dreamy White - A soft scent that stays close to the skin...comforting, like a big fluffy blanket still warm from the dryer on a crisp Fall morning.

Fall Dusk - The most magical time of the year when the fairies come out, flitting from their hiding place amongst the blackberry brambles to perch on their violet petal thrones.  A time when anything is possible.  Simply enchanting!

Fizzy Lemon Tea Cola - Iced tea with lemons mixed with fizzy cola!

Flannel Pajamas - Cool weather means it's time to break out those warm, cuddly pajamas!  This cozy scent combines French Lavender, creamy vanilla, and a hint of cedar resting on a base of soft powder.

Forum Fridays - The excitment is brewing as everyone frantically scans the forum for their coupon goldmine!  24 karat gold those coupons are...with a little limoncello, raspberry, and peach bellini...missing out on those coupons drives you to drink.

Glow - When fall comes blazing in, the air changes, your mood changes, and brilliant dusk displays dance across the sky.  The rhythm of your days change, too: fresh picked apples are boud for spicy ciders and cobblers; the sweet crunch of fallen leaves accompanies each stroll; and the warmth of your newly-started fireplace blankets you each night...just the right place to tip back your rocking chair and bask in the glow.

Great White Pumpkin - The ever elusive Great White Pumpkin is rarely seen and almost never caught.  Creamy pumpkin and sweet vanilla meld together for a perfect cool weather blend.

Harvest - A special fragrance just for fall.  You will experience notes of apple and pumpkin with spice notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and clove.  Apple and pumpkin notes are recognizable, while ginger and spice dominate the drydown.  We added the subtleness of pine, which adds a fresh forest aroma to a wood base that creates a wonderful fall fragrance to be allured by.

Hot Maple Toddy - A warm, after dinner drink with pronounced notes of maple and rum, leading to a buttery, creamy vanilla and caramelized sugar base note.

Last Leaf - Don't get me wrong, I love fall and all its colors and scents.  But for now, I'm still craving the last of the green, lush, and bright...like the spa-worthy marriage of crisp bamboo and aromatic fig leaves, warmed by tropically luxurious coconut milk and Tahitian vanilla.

Luini's Lover - In 1525, a Saronno church comissioned Bernadino Luini in painting their sanctuary with frescos.  Luini was in need of a model, and found more than artistic interpretation in a young widowed innkeeper.  They fell in love, and as a gift, she created a lovely concoction known today as Amaretto.  To reflect a love which was so aflame, we think that the fire of Scorched is a perfect addition to this amorous liquor.

Nut Cart - The aroma of sweet roasted nuts floating through the chilly autumn air is enough to warm your soul and bring a smile to your face.

Ouiji - For each question, their is a tantalizing answer - does it come from the other side?  A mysterious and sensual concoction.  Contains sweet creamy pumpkin, Bourbon vanilla, juicy blood orange on a base of resinous amber and black honey.

Pajama Party - When the summer is over and it gets rainy and cold outside, call your girls, take out your cutest pajamas and pop in a movie!  Now all you need is a slice of white cake, a bag of fluffy marshmellows, and some Blueberry bubblegum and let the party begin.

Pumpkin Apple Butter - Pumpkin apple butter fragrance will put you in the mood for the holidays with top notes of orange, apple, pear, pineapple, and cherries; middle notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove; with base notes of vanilla.  Unique and simply amazing1

Pumpkin Cheesecake - The incredible aroma of cardamom, ground cinnamon, Vermont maple, pumpkin puree, carrot, whipped cream, rum, cream cheese, caramelized sugar, and French vanilla blended to true perfection.

Pumpkin Cremasse - It's back!  We couldn't wait for Halloween to bring this one back.  Our wildy popular Cremasse meets sweet pumpkin.  What could be better than sweet milk, coconut, cinnamon, and pumpkin?  It's the epitome of fall.

Pumpkin Crumble - Creamy pumpkin, mellow spice, fluffy yellow cake, and crumble topping.  This sweet pumpkin will make your mouth water.

Pumpkin Joyeux - Crisp autumn air and long, dark nights call for warm, cozy scents.  This one is a blend of our famous Almond Joyeux and sweet pumpkin.

Pumpkin Muffin - A real treat!  This muffin scent is loaded with the real aroma of fresh pumpkin and spice.  Great fall scent!

Purple Pumpkin - This is one sweet smelling secret weapon!  This is a beautiful blend of pumpkin, vanilla bean, and smooth lavender that reportedly drives men wild.  Don't say we didn't warm you!

Roasted Pear Bellini - Toast to the sexy scents of Autumn, with a flute of Roasted Pear Bellini!  A lovely fragrance featuring Warm Pear Nectar, Honey, and Champagne.

Sanctuary - The end of summer usually means the return to work, to school, to - too much to think about!  That's when a cool weather spa trip is on order.  To really open up to all the craziness and warmth that fall has to offer, we sometimes need to linger just a while longer in the sanctuary of the fresh and rejuvenating...

Silk Scarf - With its vibrant colors and smooth, cool texture, a silk scarf jazzes up any dull, fall outfits.  Violets, strawberries, and lemon zest on a bed of bright greens.

Slow Burn - She's an artist, you know.  And sometimes she gets a little distracted in the kitchen.  Sometimes things get burned.  Sometimes deliciously.  This subtly lavender-infused, toasty coconut creme brulee is one of her delectably happy accidents: a little creative twist here, a lot of sweet coconut-vanilla custard there, and then comes the blowtorch...

Stargazer - The night sky is coming earlier these days.  Maybe your summery rose fragrance wants to get a little darker, too.  With unexpectedly warming touches of pink pepper, smoky vetiver, and the darkest of gourmand chocolate notes, this might just be the deliciously dark bloom you'll want to accompany your nighttime stargazing.

Indian Summer - Strong top notes of strawberries and green apples and pears; middle notes of geranium and basil; bottom notes of oak and fresh greenery.  Very complex!

Tea for One - When the cold weather arrives, I resolutely stay outside each morning (for awhile).  Sure, I've got a blanket (or three) wrapped around me, but where better to take my tea - and the changing view - then outside on the porch?  This one's subtly smoky, sweet, and warm inside and out.

Turkish Marketplace - Breathe in the scents of a perfect outdoor market: figs, nutmeg, chay (black tea), and honey.

Yellow Silk - Buttery, rich, velvety, and sweet, this blend brings together sugar, coconut, banana, and buttery creams for a decadent treat.

Lots of spices and pumpkins in this group of new fragrances, I will be skipping out on all of those but some of these fragrances sound fantastic.  I would love to order Yellow Silk, Stargazer, Caramel Apple Cider, Glow, Roasted Pear Bellini, and Slow Burn.  I don't doubt that many of the spice fragrances are fantastic but since Bathed and Infused fragrances are stronger to begin with, I know that many to all of those type of fragrances will be too strong for me to handle on a daily basis.
In addition to a group of great fragrances, this company has a range of stellar body products.  The Body Fluff and In-Between Cream are great for skin that gets dry going into the fall and winter.  The Body Fluff is more of a body butter and is only for the driest of skin, where the In-Between Cream is good for dry skin to use on a daily basis.  The lotion is best for normal to somewhat dry skin and also works well for use on a daily basis.  The Whipped Sugar Scrub provides a great exfoliation and is one of the best scrubs on the market today.  Last but not least, the Tea-Infused Body Wash foams up well and rinses clean, it is another favorite body wash of mine.

I haven't tried the perfumes from this company but I have heard on the Makeup Alley boards that they are a great quality and well worth trying out.  In addition to the traditional body products, I am very interested in the Bath Bombs from this company since I want to see how they compare to other bath products on the market.  I love bath bombs in general and being able to order them in over 200 fragrances would be a dream come true...
